Ahmad Shafi Raouf was born in 1990 in Herat province of Afghanistan, graduated from high school in 2008. Then started BBA in 2009 in Ishraq university of Herat city, Afghanistan. He is studying now in seventh semester as a senior, and is planning to get his masters degree. He started English learning in 2006 in Shahid Ahmad Shah Masoud English Training Center, then continued in Herat-e-bastan Training Center, and graduated from, in 2008. He has been teaching English since 2008. At the meanwhile, he is working as English Instructor in Helal Institute of English, and Herat-e-Bastan Training Center, and working as Blog manager in ACSC Herat Branch. Also he has worked as head cashier in GB, and as Finance Manager in Ayeq Producing Company.
