Easy Potato Balls Recipe is named in Turkish “Kolay Patates Köftesi Tarifi”. Easy and simple ingredients make this recipe lovely. Its possible to prepare with ground beef or other ingredients for filling.

Ingredients

6 Potatoes
100 grams cheddar cheese
4 branch dill weed or parsley
2 eggs
3 tablespoons flour
salt, black pepper
oil for frying

Directions

Boil, peel and grate potatoes. Add salt and black pepper then mix.

Grate cheddar cheese. Chop dill weed well and mix with cheese.

Tear off pieces larger than walnut from potatoe puree. Place it on your palm and press. Put some cheese mixing in middle and cover. Make potato balls elliptic shaped.

Continue this process and finish all potato.

Heat oil, we fried 4 potato balls in one time.

Break eggs in a bowl and mix. Put flour to another bowl.

First, put fried potato balls to flour and make sure all surface covered with flour.

Then plunge them into egg.

Fry again.

Place fried potato balls to a platter on paper towels.
