I kinda feel like butterflies as my rank went up again by 350 and it feels good.i have came across that here consistency is the key to grow and win. 

So, this is my third track of my ranking and boosting up. till now the journey was of many ups and down but i have to be consistent here more and need to work more as here working equals money and scoring money is never easy. 

My rank went up and so did my earning as well as my subscribers.

Well thanks for the support and the help everyone gave me. 
If you are new here, try to get in touch with guys at the top and ask them. they will guide you to as how they worked to get at the top. SO far, its about a month since i joined , i have not found a single person who is a jerk . Every one here is awesome to the max level. 

But getting their attention is hard so you have gotta work for that too and do read Beginners manual. it would probably end your basic quries.
