Nowadays I m thinking that personal liberty become very necessary for the human dignity and happiness, because the time is changed, our needs are changed and our behavior is changed. In first I want to declare modern definition of personal liberty;

“The liberty of an individual to do his or her will freely except for those restraints imposed by law to safeguard the physical, moral, political, and economic welfare of others”

In our society there is no officially personal liberty law but in some countries there is a written liberty law present which is followed in the courts. The personal liberty law is first passed in the US in 1973. The need of this law was felt when the rights of slaves are destined and then they decided to give the rights of owner to the slaves. These laws were implemented during the civil war in United States.

The word "dignity" comes from Latin language dignitas by way of French dignity. In normal  usage it  and its ordained meaning it shows the meaning of  respect and status, and it is often used to suggest that somebody is not receiving a proper degree of respect which he deserves by  someone  or someone are failing to treat themselves with proper self-respect.

According to some others“the personal liberty is the paramount essential to human dignity and human happiness”. If we become brought minded and doesn’t interfere in the business of other then it will be the key step towards the human dignity and happiness of our life. So it good that we mind our own business and avoided not to interfere in life of other  them our life will become happy and in addition, we also receive the gift of human dignity by doing this.
