Clarity: The written word or sentences are clear and easily understood by anyone. The meaning of words should be clear. Precise: The precise is very important because unnecessary writing is and too lengthy passage loses its value. Correctness: The written material is correct in every aspect. Like its spelling are correct. The use of tenses is correct and preposition is rightly used.

 

Neatness:
The passage is neat. The hand writing is clear and easily readable. Ambiguity: There should not be any ambiguity regarding written material. Composition: The words used are easy understandable and their meaning is not vague. Correct words are used which fits best. Good writing is effective and fulfils the purpose of writing.
