Dear friends, i am suffering from shoulder pain from yesterday. It happens because of my sleeping problem. I didn't take medicine yet. I just giving heat on my shoulder by hot water. And massage pain removing oenment. Some times i suffer from this problem. It remains 2/3 days. And after then it goes away automatically. So this time i also not taking any medicine.
