Elissa Montanti is the founder of the non-profit, nonpartisan Global Medical Relief Fund (GMRF) which helps children who are missing or have lost the use of limbs or eyes, have been severely burned, or have suffered other effects of war, natural disaster, or illness. 169 children have beenalready helped by GMRF operations which cover 24 countries. In this video, she explains how the kids are going back to their countries and tell how generous and warm Americans are, how they spread their message around the world and act as goodwill ambassadors.
