AFCA works in Kampala, Uganda, at the Mulago Hospital Pediatric Infectious Disease Center; in Nairobi, Kenya, at the St. Mary's Mission Hospital; in Elementita, Kenya at the St. Mary’s Mission Hospital and St. Theresa’s House of Hope; in Mombasa, Kenya, with the Mombasa Community Based Health Program; in Voi, Kenya, with the St. Joseph’s Home of Hope; and in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe with ZOE. In addition, the organization provides medications to parents and guardians to improve the health of caregivers and reduce the chance that the children will be orphaned.
