Pakistan fails to grab the chance of Craig at the start of the day. Taufeeq Umer was the fielder dropped the catch on first slip. This was very beautiful delivery bowl by Rahat Ali. Then Rose Taylor and Craig played beautifully and get the good lead for New Zealand. Then Craig was caught out when he tries to smash the bowls for six.  Rose Taylor completes his century and stumped. Then Tim Southee comes on crease and played five balls. He hit three consecutive sixes and on fifth ball gives his wicket. Then New Zealand captain decided to declare the innings.

Southee sent Pakistan on back foot in the starts.  Azhar Ali comes on one down position but he also fails to play the big innings and went back to the pavilion. Younis Khan and Shan Masood were looking confident. At one stage it was looking they Pakistan will chase down this target.  Shan Masood was playing attacking and fast cricket. But he was bowled on the very good reverse swinging delivery of Trent Boult. After this, Misbah also goes back on duck. This was the very tough moment of the game for Pakistan.  From this Asad Shafiq and Younis Khan gives some pace to Pakistan innings. At that stage Pakistan was looking confident to achieve this target. But Younis Khan was caught out on the very bell bouncy delivery of Craig. This important wicket tells the whole story of the game. This was saying, now Pakistan will try to draw this match and they did. At the end of this match Asad Shafiq and Sarfraz Ahmed played short fines innings to draw this match for Pakistan.
