Many days I am suffering from diseases such as weakness. On the other hand I am suffering from some mentaly hegitation Which is break my concerntrate  in everytime .Also I can not do my duty properly. I know this is ahard job for me to overcome this tophics properly .(PLEASE HELP ME GOD).
