today i was coming back from universty.on my way i saw a man seriously injured..his whole body was filled with blood..i asked some peoples about that accident..they told me that he is a student..was driving a bike with high speed and suddenly collide with a car..he had lost his legs.his bike was totally damaged and that car with which he collide was also damaged..the driver of car was asking for money ..he was saying that he is just a driver not owner of car.so owner will ask him to repair his car and he could not do it because he was a poor man..that situation was discussed able.no one can ask the boy to give money for that what he did with car and also no one can stop the driver to not request for money.

why this is happen ...?because the boy  was driving too fast.and with in a second he lost his legs..
