1.   INTRODUCTION

Aryob Public High School originated in 2008 with the creation of the Aryob Private High School in Kabul Afghanistan. Its main aim is to provide international standard education, to the Afghan children and youths.

 

Since its inception, Aryob Public School has served the Afghan children, students, youths and professional as provider of international standard education, English language proficiency, computer literacy and science tuition. As a preferred teachers and trainers for afghan community and provider of management and monitoring systems, APHS has significantly improved the coordination and delivery of such services within Kabul, offering a dynamic approach to education, capacity development and resolving computer science challenges facing the entire education sector in Afghanistan.

 

APHS has an excellent learning facility in Kabul, which provide valuable services in education, capacity development, and tuition.

2.1 Aryob private high school

Education Services

Role: Learning and Development.

Background:Aryob (Private) High School in Shah Shaheed area, District 8 in Kabul is a registered and recognized Private School under Ministry of Education and AISA Government of Afghanistan. The School is established and initiated in 2008 and has got very good reputation in the area. Aryob School provides a robust curriculum that addresses the needs of all students and meets or exceeds Oxford London and national standards. It is aligned with the Ministry of Education, Oxford London School Content Standards for all courses and subject matter, and Ministry of Education mandated graduation requirements.

 

Aryob School management is in struggle to provide the students the instruction, inspiration and opportunity to discover and achieve at their highest levels. We do this by employing qualified, committed educators who believe in our mission; by conducting research, assessing our progress and adjusting to meet student needs. We are in struggle these all by facilitating in technology and professional development; by creating specialized programs such as our advanced math track and magnet programs; and by involving parents in the learning process.

 

Structure: Strategic input and direction comes from School Board of Directors. Under the management of the Founder and Executive Director, School comprises 2 major divisions:

  • Learning and Development – Executing student’s regular classes, outside learning, curriculum development, research methodology, and instruction capacity building. 
  • Administration and Research –Working on curriculum improvement, research to update the curriculum as per the international standards and development, classes and student’s evaluations and preparations, admission, finance and general administrative support.

 

To provide the correct mix of learning facility and strategic expertise, Aryob School employee’s skilled Asian instructors in each level positions supported by skilled Third Country National (TCN) at middle management levels. We employ LNs instructors, administration, and support staff both male/female Afghan nationals in School. Our most instructors have at least three to six years work experience in national and regional countries.
