Avoid the ten biggest brain damaging habits

These are some of the habits which damage the brain severely. We must avoid them at our best.

Skipping Breakfast

Skipping breakfast just not only affects your all day efficiency but it also affects the brain in a great and severe way. Research has shown that not having breakfast results in the de-efficiency of the nutrients supply to the brain and causes degeneration disorders.

 

Smoking

Smoking is also one of the great cause of brain disorder. It leads to the Alzheimer disease.

Anger

Anger and over reacting results in the loss of the mental power. the people remain under stress. You should stay cool.

Sugar Consumption

Greater sugar consumption affects the brain development.

Sleeping

Too much sleeping especially in the morning results in the laziness of both the body and the brain as well.

Watching Television while eating

Watching Tv while eating also affects the barin. You should avoid it.

Cap, socks on while sleeping

This is also one of the habits which causes disorder in the brain function.

More usage of brain in sickness or tiredness

It also damages the brain and applying pressure on the baring to work something out while you are sick or under stress results in the depression usually.

 Blocking/ Stopping Urine

This also affects you in a bad way so you should not do that.

You should avoid these habits at all cost to have a healthy and efficient brain.
