     There are number of fruits available on earth. We can produce non-seasonal fruits at any time by making green houses. Some have unique taste like mango, apple, strawberry, cherry etc. They all have their own importance in human life. Among all papaya have unique characteristics. It is available abundantly in world now. It is cultivated mostly in tropical areas. Low temperature like -2 ᵒC considered fatal for papaya. It also required well drained sandy area for growth. A high level of water will kill it within 24 hr. Papaya is highly full of nutrients that use for digestive system. It is found in Green and yellow color. It provides a high amount of vitamin C, vitamin K and Vitamin A. Papaya also provide magnesium, calcium and copper that is essential for human health. Folic acid is also present in higher amount that will make you strong by increasing number of red blood cells, cure muscle fatigue, lower metal stress, increase number of skin cells and many many mores. It was hoped that papaya was first cultivated in Central America. World top papaya producers are India, Indonesia and America. Christopher Columbus called it “FRUIT OF ANGELS”.

     Now days we are shifted to simple to complex diet system. We often used vegetables in our diet. We prefer meat, chicken and oily diets as compared to simple diet which is easy to digest. Number of diabetic and heart patients increased as compared to past year. The US analysis in figure below shoes the trend of increasing diabetic and heart patients. We have need of such a regular natural diet to minimize the negative effect of fat food. Papaya plays a vital role to minimize the cholesterol in human body. Papaya also helps to increase immune system, defend body from any allergies, prevent blood thickness and regulates the blood through blood veins. It is highly recommended that papaya should be part of our diet.
