Butter Chicken

I can't stop cooking the butter chicken for the family, it is SO delicious! I found a "spicy" variety of the same brand sauce and it's fantastic. I love cooking the chicken in the frying pan first thoroughly, then transferring to a throw-away pan for the oven and cover with the butter chicken sauce and let simmer for about 40 minutes.

Paired with organic broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots, as well as basmati rice, it's a really delicious and healthy dinner. Although, rice isn't that great for me as it causes inflammation in the body so I need to try and not eat too much. Does anyone else love this dish?

I am only trying the store-bought, I wonder how different the real dish would be from the source! Probably amazing.
