Ingredients
4 large tomatoes, ripe, cut into slices about 3 inches wide
500 g fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into thick slices about 3 cm
10 g fresh basil
45 ml extra virgin oil
Fine sea salt, to taste
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
preparation
On a larger plate, interspersed with slices of tomato and basil leaves mozzarele. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
