Control Your Anger

People who really not able to control their anger I’ll give them some suggestion to overcome it..

   First, breathe deeply…. Be sure to breathe deeply into your abdomen this will help you to calm down your anger. And just walk outside look at the sky while you are doing deep breathing. This will help you put things in perspective and it can have a soothing effect.

   Secondly, Stretch yourself when you are angry the stretching will open up some of the tight areas of your body and get more oxygen flowing to your brain. This will help you clear your thoughts.

       Thirdly, Start Write about how angry you are and why…! Don’t be nice and reasonable. The point is that to get your anger on the paper to purge it from your mind. Keep writing until you feel some relief.

         Finally pray to god to guide. Pray well so that you have the grace to see the beauty and harm in the person you are mad about. Pray for the understanding to see beyond the person or the situation that makes you so angry.
