Do you feel like eating? Or maybe you don't have much of an appetite. Well, it is true that your appetite reflects you health, physically or mentally.

If you are sick, you probably won't have much of an appetite. If you are stressed out too, you probably won't have a healthy appetite. Appetite reflects your health, and you can easily find out if someone is troubled by looking at the way he or she is eating.

This is something you should consider using as a test of some sort. Perhaps you are not sure if you are sick or stressed out. If your appetite is being affected, then something is wrong.
