Different Parts of Steam Power Station to Produced Electrical Energy


There are six parts to the steam power station


i)                    Coal and Ash handling arrangement    


ii)                   plant of steam generating



iii)                 steam turbine


iv)                 Alternator



v)                  Water Feed


vi)                 Arrangement of cooling



Coal and ash handling plant:-


                                                                Coal is transported to the power station reached by road and rail and reached to storage plant.coal stored is primary matter of a protection against coal of transporting system to the stored the coal coal handling plant to delivered the store room i.e cursed the coal in to the small pieces


Coal is burn in the boiler and produced the ash after the complete combustion the coal is removed in to the convert in to ash 


  


Plant of Steam power Generating:-


                                                                Steam generating plant  consist are in the boiler for production of steam


1-      Boiler


2-      Super Heater


3-      Economizer


4-      Air pre Heater


Boiler :-boiler are used to the combustion of coal and produced and water in to convert the hear of high temp and pressure the flue gases take away form the boiler is the through the chimney



Super Heater the steam produced in the boiler and the wet away form through the super heater. Super Heater are working two types of principle first is the over all Efficiency is in cresed and the second is the last stage of turbine is avoided super heater are the steam fed in to turbine through the main value


Enconomiser:-  Enconomiser is a feed the water heater and drive heat form the fuel gasses.before the supply of feed water.the Enconomiser  is the part of flue gasess


Air pre Heater :- acutely Air pre heater are increases the temp of the coal burning form the flue gasses air is mix the fule gasses and fuel gasses poison the atmosphere and the squre meter of the surface of the boiler
