Hello everyone,

Before we get to this week's featured content, we'd like to congratulate Tim Orchard for winning our War of Films contest with his short film, Rough Patch. We interviewed the filmmaker about his filmmaking process, inspirations, promotion tactics, and more. Check it out and let Tim know what you think about his film!

Today, we invite you to watch Martin Luther King, Jr.'s I Have a Dream speech delivered on August 28th, 1963 at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington D.C. Please feel free to share your insights and thoughts about King, Jr. in our comments section.

Following the speech of a great activist, we'd like to introduce you to a filmmaker whose films shed light on many social and political issues present in countries, such as Liberia, Colombia, and France. With his film Johnny Mad Dog, Jean Stephane Sauvaire won the Grand Prix at Moscow's 2morrow Film Festival. Also check out Sauvaire's Web TV to watch his short films and clips from his features.

Lastly, get the inside scoop on the making of an independent film, TILT, by tuning into Tilt the TV. Independent screenwriting duo Julie Keck & Jessica King and director Phil Holbrook team up to produce this exciting small town thriller and share with their audience the making of(s), interviews, and short films revolving around TILT's characters. This web channel is great for anyone who wants to learn more about how a movie gets made or someone who simply wants to watch entertaining shorts.
