2. You must eat less of the high starch food like breads, excess sugars, candies etc. They may tickle and appease the appetite but give your body nothing needed for repair.

It is as simple as that for you to maintain health and live a lot longer than you may have thought possible. It goes without saying that your body chemistry cannot make the right materials unless it gets the right foods to work on. The wonderful thing about your body is that under ideal conditions it can rush to the defense of some injuries or worn out part and needed repairs quickly.

All this can only happen if your body gets the right fuel and substances with which to do such a useful task. That is where the right kind of foods come in. They help the chemical laboratory within your body to get in good working conditions.

Making breakfast more tasty and delicious will attract person who like to skip the breakfast. Adding fruit to the cereals will serve the purpose to a large extent. For instance add sliced banana, milk or cream to corn flakes or serve halwa or kheer with dry fruits.

Taking an ample supply of vitamin C in the breakfast will keep you fresh and energetic the whole day. It provides you with nourishing ingredients which are necessary for your health. Due to this reason people prefer orange or lime juice in breakfast. You can also take whole fruits as apple, orange in your breakfast.

Sometime people complain of shortage of time in the morning and make it a reason to skip their breakfast. The solution to this problem is to manage your time wisely. Get up early so that you have ample time for this important meal.

On the week ends and holidays you can surely do what you like. But for normal working days breakfast should be given the importance it deserves. Prepare a separate and special menu for breakfast. Do not go for traditional breakfast daily. Eggs can be prepared in a number of different ways.

Whenever somebody visits them, he is offered tea, coffee, juice etc. Traditionally the host has to accompany the guest. Therefore taking all the sugary drinks more than the required amount causes this health problem in a businessman.

Tell your guests that you just had it or if it is must then go for ‘no sugar’ tea and drinks. The best is to avoid as much as possible.

Stress & Fatigue

Reportedly a very large percentage of businessmen have no fix office timings. They enter the office before nine and may sit till late night. They have no rest schedule. Therefore they are see complaining of stress ,fatigue and sleeplessness. So most of them develop friendship with tranquilizers.

Yes business is business and cup of tea is cup of tea. You surely have to strike a balance between your office and personal life. Your business is definitely very important to you but the importance of good health can never be ignored.

If you are healthy then you can work more and your business can flourish. If you develop a serious health problem and get hospitalized, it will waste much of your time. You have to leave your office, which may create lot of problems. So the best remedy is to pay the required attention towards your health.
