Grilled Fish With Lemon And Herb Sauce

Ingredients:

Step 1: Fish Marination

Fish Fillet 1 Kg
Garlic (Chopped) 1 Tsp
Paprika Powder 1 Tsp
Black Pepper ½ Tsp
Olive Oil ¼ Cup
Mix Herbs 2 Tbsp
Worcestershire Sauce 3 Tbsp
French Mustard Paste 2 Tsp
White Vinegar 2 Tbsp
Salt ½ Tsp
Flour 2 Tbsp

Step 2: Roasted Potatoes

Potatoes As Required
Water 1 Cup
Olive Oil ¼ Cup
Black Pepper 1/2 Tsp
Oregano Leaves ½ Tsp
Chicken Powder 1 Tsp
Salt To Taste
Red Crushed Chilies 1 Tsp

Step 3: Lemon Butter Sauce

Yellow Butter 200 Gms
Paprika Powder ¼ Tsp
Oregano Leaves 1 Tbsp
Garlic (Chopped) 1 Tbsp
Lemon Juice ¼ Cup
Salt To Taste

Step 4: Vegetables

Cauliflower (Boiled) As Required
Green Peas (Boiled) As Required
Carrots (Boiled) As Required

Instructions:

Fish Marination Process

First wash the fish. Then cut the boneless fish into big cubes form. Marinate the fish with olive oil, paprika powder, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, French mustard paste, white vinegar followed by mix herbs, salt to taste, flour and garlic chopped. Mix it well. Then leave for an hour to marinate properly.

Roasted Potatoes Process

Take a big baking tray add potatoes then water, olive oil, black pepper, oregano leaves, chicken powder, red crushed chilies and salt to taste. Bake it for half an hour.

Making Of Lemon Butter Sauce

Take a fry pan. Sauté with garlic chopped and yellow butter followed by paprika powder, oregano leaves, lemon juice and salt to taste.

Vegetables

Take a stock pot. Then boil the vegetables one by one. Season with black pepper and butter.

Making Of Grilled Fish With Lemon & Herb Sauce

Let the fish marinade for a few minutes while the grill pre-heats to about 375F. Grill the fish on each side for about 3-5 minutes depending on thickness and preference. When the fish is done transfer to an oven. Drizzle about a third of the sauce over the fish and coat well. Garnish with lemon wedges. I love this fish served with a salad of fresh greens or little sweet red tomatoes and baby arugula tossed in a bit of the garlic lemon sauce and seasoned to taste. Also delicious with roasted potatoes.

Cook Time: 30 Minutes.
Serve Hot.
