Grilled salmon with extra virgin olive oil, lemon and oregano

Ingredients (2 servings)

80 ml olive oil extra virgin Costa d'Oro flavored with parsley and lemon
5 g fresh oregano, cut
60 ml fresh lemon juice
4 slices of salmon fillet every 250 grams (you can replace the salmon fillet fillet halibut or swordfish)
30 ml vegetable oil
15 g of chopped garlic
1 lemon cut into 4


preparation

Prepare barbecue (medium heat to high). In a small bowl, mix olive oil extra virgin Costa d'Oro flavored with oregano parsley and lemon (use the final seasoning).
Rub the salmon slices lightly with vegetable oil and garlic. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Leave them on the grill until the meat is well pierced in the middle, about 5 minutes per side.
Place the slices on a plate and sprinkle them lightly with a mixture of olive oil and oregano. Decorate the plate with lemon pieces and then serve.
