Hi everybody!!

Here today, i will tell you about the benefits of oranges. Orange is a fruit its taste is sweet, sour and juicy. There are different kinds of oranges as well. Such as navel oranges, valencia oranges, moro (blood) oranges and cara cara oranges.

The benefits of orange are as follows;

1: BOOSTS YOUR IMMUNITY:

Oranges are very useful in boosting your immunity power. Because it contains 100% vitamin C which keeps you away from diseases.

2: GOOD FOR YOUR SKIN:

It is good for skin. With growing age, the skin becomes rust like. To avoid this, oranges are paked with antioxides and vitamin C which clears your skin.

3: GOOD FOR EYES:

It is also useful for eyes.It contains vitamin A, C and potassium which is useful for eyes.

4: HELPS IN BRAIN DEVELOPMENT:

Folate and folic acid present in orange helps in brain development and helps keep vital organs in mint condition. It also helps child from neurological disorders later, in pregnancy.

5: PREVENTS CANCER:

Oranges have a compound known as D-limonene that can prevent lungs, brests, and skin cancer.

6: GREAT FOR DIABETICS:

The patients of diabetecs' body fail to produce insulin, oranges have high glycaemic index which is good for diabetics.

7: KEEPS YOU AWAY FROM STOMACH ULCERS:

As it contains fibers, so it prevents from ulcers and constipation.

8: PREVENTS HEART DISEASE:

The only reason of heart disease is the blocked arteries. Oranges have Flavonoids like Hesperidin which reduces cholestrol and prevent arteries from being blocked.

9: PREVENT HAIR LOSS:

Today, hair loss is almost everybody's problem. Vitamin C present in oranges helps to produce collagen which is responsible for keeping hair tissues together.
