Games are very important part of our life because it keeps us healthy and strong.Games teach us self control and it develops self control in us.Every area and country has their particular importance in games.In pakistan there are many sort of games and people like to play them and watch them on tv.

     Hockey is our national game but still it is not very common in Pakistan as compared to other games like cricket.Pakistani youth is more attracted towards the cricket but there are few ones who like to play hockey and watch the hockey match on tv.For a long time our hockey team has been world champion in this game.Our this game is admired all over the world.

    Hockey is the game in which there is a lot of action and suspense.In this game the situation changes very fast.Every minute can b ring suspense and thrill.The players continue running fast with the ball to score a goal.Pakistan has produce world famus hockey players.

    I take a lot of interest in hockey matches.Last Sunday I witnessed a hockey match which was played in our school ground between our school team and other school team.Hundred of students have came to see the match between two teams.

     At exact 4 p.m the players of both teams in the play ground along with         refree.The teams took their position and the refree whistled the game started.The ball was rolling very swiftly on the groung.Although in the beginning the game was not very fast.By and by it picked up speed.The players of both teams were healthy and active.The players of the other school had worn white and blue uniform while the colour of uniform of our team was brown and grey.After fifteen minutes the game became very fast.They were trying their best to score a goal.The defenders of our team were very strong.They did not allow the opposite team toscore a goal so easily.

     Just before the interval the captain of other team scored a goal in a quick and sudden move.The boys of our team did not lose their heart.They play patiently but nothin could be done before.After the interval again game started soon our team scored two goals against their opponents within ten mimnutes of the restart of game.

    The students of our school were very happy.They encouraged their fellows.The players of other played very good game but they were unable to score any further goal till the end of game.At last our team won by two goals to one.The Principal of our school congratulated the players of our team for this fine team work.That was really an interesting hockey match that I ever seen.
