How do you handle stress? Do you just sit and calm yourself, relax and think of positive thoughts? Or are you the type of person who blurts out annoyance easily - like an erupting volcano?

 

Stress is our system's reaction to the pressures we encounter from day to day. And while we sometimes don't have a choice on how annoying situations can be, we do have a choice on how we will react on them.

 

Your reactions to different situations can either make or break you - it will leave a mark on your image. So be careful on how you respond to life's challenges, particularly stress.
