so. First U have to download the game GTA Sa. The Normal Game (single Player) you download,

1. so first you have to download game.
2. secondly you have to download the Application Named SAMP 0.3.7 Here is the Link of that.(https://www.sa-mp.com/download.php) Click On Second heading SAMP For Windows.
3. after you have downloaded it save it to your GTA Sa. Folder.
4. If you single player is working means your game is working and your ready to run SAMP.
5. if its Not Then i appologize to Install the game again .button (tick) on top Left of file.
6. once your running server is added then try to connect in it.
