In a concern, the superior should know the every employee needs and wants. Every employee is the flowers of the concern.

                 Every employee should treat equally and there could not show any discrimination between one to another.

                 The concern must provide every benefit to the employee and if the employees are finished their task means the superior should give appraisal, incentives and promotion to them.

                   Organization should provide proper facilities like promotion ,incentives, awards and rewards, salary, week off, trainings, leave, rest room, drinks like tea and coffee, surroundings, ventilation, environment, transport facilities, etc;

                 If the concerns provide these all benefits to the employee means they used to do their job happily. So, all the concern should provide the benefits to satisfy the employee to get profit.
