Suppose now 6.15pm and you're driving home (alone of course) after an unusually hard day on the job. You are really tired and exhausted...Suddenly you start experiencing severe pain in the chest, which is given into your hand and rises to the neck. You are just five kilometers from the nearest hospital to your home. Unfortunately, you do not know whether it will be able to master the distance.

How to survive a heart attack when you are alone?

Since most people experience a heart attack when near empty, without help, the person whose heart is beating improperly and who begins to weaken, there is only about 10 seconds before losing consciousness. What do you do?

Answer:

Do not panic, but start coughing quickly and very strongly. Be sure to take a deep breath before each cough. The cough must be deep and long, expectorant, from the very depths of his chest. The breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without the break until help arrives, or you feel  that the heart began to beat again normally. Deep breaths oxygen is supplied to the lungs and coughing squeezes the heart and helps blood circulate. The compressive pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. Thus, heart attack victim can get to the hospital.

Tell that to the greatest possible number of people.

It could save their life!!!
