When my crush I had in 2nd grade was still there in 9th grade.

What Did It Feel Like? 

Well, kinda embarrassing, and I'm super conscious around him.

What Happened Next? 

He used to be friendless around 2nd grade, so I kinda became friends with him cause of that and cause I thought he was cute. I'd try to be by him ALL THE TIME, and I know I embarrassed him sometimes... I kinda stopped being friends with him once I knew I was embarrassing him. He's got tons of friends now, and we're both in 9th grade. I'm shy to be even close to him, and we never talk to each other. I always feel like, "There is no WAY he likes me!" But then I think, "Wait Renee. It doesn't matter yet. Wait for God. He will give the right one to you when He's ready."

Lessons Learned

• That it's okay to have a crush on a guy (it's something you can't help), but you need patience. God knows who the right one for you is, and He will send him into your life when He's ready to.
