India agrees on playing bilateral series with Pakistan

Pakistan cricket is seeing some goods days this week as first they beat the Bangladesh cricket team in the second and final test thus closed the series 1-0.

Yesterday the PCB chairman Sheharyar Khan who is currently in India announced that the Indian cricket board has confirmed him for a bilateral series between the two nations.

This news has really warmed up the cricking circles in Pakistan. The PCB chairman Sheharyar Khan met the BCCI head Jag Mohan Dalmia in Kolkata and a brief chat on playing a bilateral series that was pending for a very long time.

Indian board always pointed the matter towards the current government and never denied the possibility of making such series a possibility.

However they always had to get the permission from the sit in government which was refused every time they asked for. The reasons for such refusals are pretty obvious that the two countries don’t share a good post or a better today.

PCB on the other hand kept on reaching the BCCI and yesterday there was a green signal sent by the BCCI and now the venues and the number of matches played in that series have been announced.

Pakistan and India will play a full series in the UAE this year which will have 3 test matches, 5 ODIs and 2 T20 matches. This is really a good sign for both the cricket team’s fans and they have already shown their excitement over this news.

The dates have yet not been confirmed but as per the officials they will be announced soon after a mutual consent between the two boards.

Sheharyar Khan further said that the PCB wants to play more bilateral series with India and this practice should now carry on for a longer period of time.

On the other hand there are a few people that have raised their hands to give a negative vote over this series especially in India. Kirti Azad the former Indian player has said that Indian should not play any series with the neighbors.

He gave it a political color saying that Pakistan has been involved in illegitimate activities in India so there is no way our team should play with them.

This may cause a bit of bother to BCCI but such narrations have already been delivered by many individuals and politicians.

Sports should not be entitled under the politics and let both the fields remain separate. This is what few of the Indian fans said to a local media channel.
