In a startling claim, a Pakistan news outfit carried out a report saying Indian Foreign Secretary in a conversation with German ambassador admitted that surgical strike was a bluff. According to the report of the News International Pakistan, Indian Foreign Secretary Subramaniam Jaishankar told German ambassador that no surgical strikes was conducted by the Indian Army across the Line of Control (LoC) in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. Reacting sharply on the report, Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) refuted the entire news terming it ‘completely concocted and baseless’.
