For many years I have had Insomnia. Insomnia is a disorder that either prevents a person from getting to sleep or staying asleep once in that state. I have both, sometimes once I do get to sleep I do not stay asleep for long.


Sometimes to help me get to sleep I drink hot Sleepytime Herbal Tea, put lavender essential oil on my temples, neck, chest, back of neck and a few drops on my pillow and listen to nature sounds or quiet music to calm me to sleep.


Usually this calms me and puts me down for a good nights rest!
