On the festival of Deepawali considering the love of shopping online e-commerce website Flipkart has given healthy discount on many products. From pen driver to laptop, from software to mobile ,from kid’s cloths to men’s cloths everything is being sold on lesser prices. After watching sale customer’s crowd is expected but they are getting disappointment instead of their products. According to news when customer thought to buy product after watching interesting and attractive offers of flipkart and as soon as they selected the product and put in shopping cart , products have been cancelled from there. After putting in cart after sometime they could not find the product in cart so they could not buy the product. This is technical issue or flipkart’s decision , nobody knows about it. CEO of Flipkart has issued a mail asking for sorry to the customers and gave the reasons what exactly happens. They did not think that sale will bring that much persons and so many hit will be on site that’s stress was very much on servers and that has been crashed. They said that from onwards they will take care of these failures so that customers will not face that again
