Lazy person can deliver the most benefit to the company, but how?

May sound odd, but it's true. Lazy and isolated employees may be fastest, smartest and efficient. If their boss use them correctly then they can deliver most benefit to the company. If boss would make his lazy employees to do something, such employee will be seemed useless to him, but that's not true. Lazy employees are the capital of the company who know the shortcuts ways to fulfill the task. They are experts in doing any work in different and efficient manner. That's how to fix a problem they have mastered it. It’s their amazing attribute to run things good and even within less time.

When they look dull-

They might have extremely simple way to work or further developed skills compared to other employees. Learn from them and teach them to others.

When they appear monotonous-

In such a case it may be that they are immersed in deep thoughts. Let them give hard work according to their abilities.

When they look distracted-

May be they have not received work according to their interests. Multipurpose and work to be completed fast handed them.

When they start idle-

Give them the whole time. Set challenge in front of them and set goals. It must provide them a chance to touch new heights.
