After two long and critical months of worries and fervent prayers, there is some good news awaiting the fans and supporters of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa. News agency ANI said that the Apollo Hospital revealed on Friday that Jayalalithaa was now completely recovered and was capable of understanding what is going on around her. Media reports have suggested that the political matriarch of the state has recorded significant progress in her health and will soon be shifted out of the Critical Care Unit (CCU) at the Apollo Hospitals in Chennai. Sources have informed a leading national English daily on Thursday that if all goes well, Amma will be shifted out of the CCU and into a private room at the hospital, within three days and she might even be discharged within three weeks.
