A leader who is lazy enough to do nothing for his follower is known as Laissez-faire leader.

• He is such type of leader who doesn’t want changes for the development of his nation.
• He is considered as the lazy leader.
• He doesn’t lift his followers up in the sky.
• Instead he takes them down to the mud.
• His followers’ vision is nothing for him.
• Whenever he got the funds, he doesn’t use it on his followers.
• Instead he used it on him and his family.
• And may be on his friends and relatives.
• He hasn’t any idea of how to motivate his followers.
• He hasn’t any motto of how to impress his followers.
• He doesn’t open his doors for his followers to listen what their needs are.
• There is very less communication between these two.
• He is nor democratic not autocratic leader.
• He just sees his benefit and doesn’t pay attention on his follower’s needs and benefits.

Such type of leaders should not be elected as they do nothing for his followers.
