So toby I've been modelling one of the final assets for the lamborghini - The alloys.
These classic alloys are iconic to an already iconic, landmark car, the Lamborghini 'Countach'. So as with all my models, I'm aiming for as much realism as possible. Here's a quick screenshot so far, with an annotation labelling the cutting method I'm suring to get those large holes cut out of the alloys. This cutting procedure is known as 'Boolean mesh cutting'. This uses a shape or object that I have chosen to cut out the same shape in another object. A very useful tool, but requires clean-up afterwards for a smooth, clean meth to work on.
