The child age 5 years presenting to Eye OPD with left constant esotropia and Duane's syndrome.Visual acuity was measured through Snell E visual aquity chart.Vision in right eye was 6/6 and counting finger from half meter in left eye.The child has developed left amblyopia.There was limited left abduction with narrowing of palpebral fissure.Cycloplegic refraction was done with instillation of cyclopean 1% eye drops for two times after each 20 minutes .The child got temperature and drowsiness.There was no refractive error in either eye on post cycloplegic retinoscopy.The child was advised for left cosmetic squint surgery.
