life kicks our butts sometimes,and it can be difficult to find small moments of happiness . I try to live as positively as possible,but it can even happen to me.what i've  found to be most helpful is to make lists of the things that make me happy/things that i'm grateful for.i suggest trying this the next time you're feeling down,and here are a few things to help get your list started.

so here i'm sharing my list with you..

  • i'm grateful for my friends and family members that truly love you and wish the best for your life.
  • sound of falling water or rain.
  • delicious food.(i'm a foodie)
  • the scent of rain and sand.
  • the fact that today you are alive and breathing
  • climbing into bed with fresh sheets and new pajamas.
  • those morning when you wake up earlier and prepare a delicious breakfast
  • i'm grateful to the Nature.
  • trying something new
  • finding money in old purse and pockets.
  • that feeling when you fall in love with something or someone
  • clicking with a person you just met.
  • that light feeling you get when you've decided to let something go.
  • dancing and sharing with your bestie,for whom you can die for.
  • getting dressed up and do my makeup to look glamorous

there are so many things that God blessed us,try to be grateful for every single thing and when it comes to feeling like you are worthless .just grab a pen and write it all down ..i'm sure you ,this will boost your mood instantly.

and before i end up ,i would love to mention that before anything JUST BE GRATEFUL FOR YOU ,and love yourself..
