To get up early in the morning is very proud feeling. I get up early in the morning goes to garden birds are chirping some people enjoy swing some of them are playing foot ball to keep their body fit. The environment of the garden is very beautiful in the morning. The life is bloom, nature is awaked up, and the smell of the red roses welcomes every one toward itself.  No noise at the garden, the smell of the roses attracted everyone in the garden.

It’s my regular habit to walk early in the morning since last five years. I feel remarkable change in my health. Due to this I feel great in my whole day.

I walk 2 – 3 kilometers daily then sun rises in the east and give the message of God. Then I return back and enjoy my breakfast and then go to my office on time. During my morning walk I meet several peoples who are walking in the morning due to their purposes. Some are walk due to their kidney problems ,some of them are walk due to their heart problems, someone are walking due to maintain their Blood pressure. And some others are walk to live smart.

In some days when I can’t take morning walk I feel very bad nothing is good for me, at least I spend my whole day very bad. Morning walk make very positive effects on our body. It is very good not only for our physical health as well as mentally health.

At the end of my topic I suggest you to go for morning walk daily it is good for you and your health it keep you healthy.
