From EcoRemedios I bring you a list of the most calcium-rich foods (with more calcium than milk!) Why is it so useful here? That question because the doctor ever tell you that you lack calcium in the bones! Believe me, if the day your doctor tells you that ever, lose your head to look for what ingredients contain the maximum percentage of calcium. Most people will throw for milk, and the first days after returning from the doctor will be drinking milk with each meal. As if that would change things much ... Plus!
