Many of us have seen this photo ,but not all know what is this and where it was done .So this photo was done by Kevin Carter (photographer from SAR ) in Sudan where famine was in 1993 and hungry child for last efforts wants to get closer to humanitarian camp Vulture wait for his dead,photografer look this for 20 minutes to get a good picture ,Carter won the Pulitzer Prize for picture but after 1 year He committed suicide.
