They can provide essential vitamins and mineral, fiber at iba pang substances na nakakatulong sa health natin. Mostly rin sa fruits and vegetables ay low in fat but high in calories. Kaya di ka laging gutom

 

DRINK LOTS OF WATER (2-3 Liters per Day)
