Every day it seems like there is a new video emerging with police brutality. Recently in LA, near Skid Row, a homeless man nicknamed 'Africa' was shot at point blank range. 

Allegedly, the police were tipped off about a robbery that occurred and 'Africa' fit the description. When confronted the man began to refuse arrest and caused a scene, this I do not justify. After the brawl took way you can hear a man yell 'Drop the gun' and the police officer shot and killed Africa. My problem is that it took five police men, three tasers and five shots to 'finish the job'. Five police officers should easily be able to arrest one, homeless man.
