Shooting Ball, it is a type of volleyball. The only difference between two is that shooting ball one touch and volleyball three touch game. Shooting ball courtyard same as the volleyball. Shooting Ball, each team has 7 players but volleyball has 6 players.

 

In Pakistan, shooting ball game is very famous among the people and especially popular in the villages of the country. Recently, Zarai Taraqiati Bank limited (ZTBL) held President Shooting Ball Tournament 2016 in Federal Capital Islamabad, seven team, ZTBL Green, PTDC, TIP Haripur, I-Ieavy Mechanical Complex (HMC) Taxila and ZTBL White participated.

Zarai Taraqiati Bank limited (ZTBL) has been defeating Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC) 2-0.

In the earlier matches ZTBL defeated TIP Haripur in the Semi Final and PTDC defeated ZTBL (White). The final was watched by a big and appreciative crowd. The ZTBL team showed great team work, in defense & attack and won the Final convincingly, yet Mr. Ali Abbas was outstanding for the losing side and was later declared the Man of the Match.

Speaking on the Occasion President ZTBL Syed Talat Mahmood said that ZTBL is promoting sports in the country to fulfill their corporate responsibility and is bringing talented players to represent Pakistan in the games of Cricket (Male & Female), Tennis (Male & Female), Squash (Male & Female), Golf, Polo including, Shooting ball.  President, ZTBL, Syed   Talat Mahmood who was also the prizes to the winner and runner-up teams.
