Simple Vegan Scalloped Potatoes

1 quart thinly sliced, cooked potatoes
1/2 cup raw cashews
2 cups water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
Sprinkle of paprika

Put potatoes in a baking dish. Mix all other ingredients and pour over potatoes. Cover with foil and bake up to an hour at 375ºF. Remove foil, sprinkle with paprika, and return to oven until brown.
