Chittagong Metropolitan Sessions judge Md Shahe Noor gave the order on Tuesday morning.

The men facing charges for supplying weapons to Mitu’s killers are Ehteshamul Haque Bhola and Monir Hossain.

The court will start hearing the case from Jan 18, state prosecutor Fakhruddin Chowdhury told bdnews24.com. 

On Jun 5, Mitu, wife of police’s counter-terror officer Babul Aktar, was stabbed and shot in the head by attackers who stopped her while she was taking their son to a school bus at OR Nizam Road.
