So many of employees, agents or professionals spend their hard-earned salaries and commissions on truly unnecessary items. They like to continuously upgrade their cel phones every time new models are introduced .

Personal beauty accessories , hair products and fashion jewelry are also very high in the priority of spending. Among women professionals  , perhaps the highest spending is on fashion items , cosmetics products , and cosmetic medical services , like liposuction , face and nose lifts and so many others .  ( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ

Masyadong matindi ang impluwensya ng uso sa paggastos , halimbawa ang cell phones , usong damit at usong cosmetics . Sa tutuusin , hindi talaga kailangan agad agad bumili nito . Ngunit , marami pa rin ang hindi makahintay at dali- daling bumibili kapag nagkaroon lang ng kahit kaunting pera .

What really counts is not so much what you earn but what you get to keep . In- between lies your spending behaviour . You must learn to be continuously vigilant of your progress towards financial .  This is a task that must be assessed daily . Every time you spend or disburse money , ask yourself the question  - " WILL THIS BRING ME CLOSER TO MY FINANCIAL GOAL ? "  Remember , you , and only you , have the power to achieve your goal .
