Chronic stress, has been linked to the six leading causes of death: heart disease, cancer, lung ailments, accidents, cirrhosis of the liver, and even suicide. Simply put, stress is deadly.

Diet is also important for stress relief, because your body associates stress with famine. Believing that it is going to starve, the body, when stressed, produces cortisol. This hormone makes you crave fat and sugar. Psychologically speaking, fat reserves are like food reserves in time of famine.

The human genome is composed of: hard times, war and famine genes, which do remember. When given into those passed-down patterns; a repetitious chain reaction may be the result. However, when this knowledge is absorbed and remembered, one can use self-discipline, and by choosing peace, with its healing properties one can even overcome any negative aspects of the human genome. Over time new patterns will be established and the next generation will inherit this new genome.
